Delightful sculpture in cold cast bronze by Michael Simpson of a mouse sitting on the base of a candlestick.
This scene, reminiscent of vintage animation, childhood story books and even Dickens novels has been skillfully designed and sculpted by Michael Simpson. This little mouse is seen peering out from behind the candle of an old Victorian candle holder. Fortunately for him, the candle is out meaning that this secret hiding spot will never be found out!
The whole piece is cast in bronze resin and the little mouse carefully hand painted in artist's oils.
A lovely small gift and very collectable. Supplied packed securely in a gift box.
