Sculptor Matt Buckley's interpretation of the mythical Green Man from the EDGE collection. Long part of folklore, the Green Man has taken many forms over the ages but the common theme is a face covered in foliage in a half-man, half-tree style. The real origins of the character have been lost in the mists of time but these days he is usually seen as the environmental guardian of the forests and woods.
